2023 Environmental Working Group Lists of Contaminated Food

By Deborah

OK – 2023 was challenging for me – I’m not gonna lie – so I’m a little behind in getting the word out about the work of the Environmental Working Group regarding contaminated produce. Nevertheless, these dedicated people are doing amazing work. And this is how it helps you. With this list, you will know what’s ok to buy from the regular vegetables and fruits, saving you money!

Here’s the link to the complete list: https://www.ewg.org/foodnews/full-list.php

It’s easy to donate to this group, and they are one of the organizations I support. They look at a lot more than food, too, so if you’re wondering about water filters and skin care, take a look at their website. https://www.ewg.org/

Lots of good things on the food list that you don’t need to worry about. Here’s that list to put you ahead of the game. Thank goodness cauliflower made the list!!!  There’s plenty of produce between this list and the Dirty Dozen™ (EWG’s 2023 Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce™ )
