Rib Rub
This recipe makes enough for about 12 lbs of ribs

Equipment
- Something to grind spices (I use a coffee grinder dedicated to spices)
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons paprika
- 4 tablespoons mild chili powder
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sea salt coarse
- 1 tablespoon dried crushed oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried crushed thyme
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4 teaspoons whole yellow mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic not garlic salt
Instructions
- Grind coriander seeds, allspice seeds and mustard seeds. (I use a coffee grinder that is only used for spices).
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Save in a glass jar (or plastic bag, if that's what you have).
