¼applechopped (I like something crunchy like Honey Crisp)
1scoop collagen powder
¼cupcoconut yogurtnon-dairy yogurt or kefir
¼cupalmond milkor oat milk
¼cupgranola or rolled oats
1Tablespoonwheat bran
1Tablespoonground flax seed
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add Granola, wheat bran and flax seed.
Notes
This can also be made as refrigerator oats the night before. When I have to be someplace in the morning, I prepare it the night before in a mason jar and take it with me. Don’t forget a spoon to eat it!
