BREAKFAST GRANOLA BOWL

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons blueberries frozen or fresh
  • ¼ apple chopped (I like something crunchy like Honey Crisp)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • ¼ cup coconut yogurt non-dairy yogurt or kefir
  • ¼ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • ¼ cup granola or rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  • Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add Granola, wheat bran and flax seed.

Notes

This can also be made as refrigerator oats the night before. When I have to be someplace in the morning, I prepare it the night before in a mason jar and take it with me. Don’t forget a spoon to eat it!
