Deborah's Favorite Pesto

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, packed
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • l/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
