Potato Chips & Caviar

Ingredients
¼
cup
Greek yogurt
¾
teaspoon
finely grated lemon zest
4
ounces
Salmon roe or other caviar
Potato chips
(I prefer low sodium kettle chips)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and zest.
Top each potato chip with a small dollop of Greek Yogurt and a spoonful of caviar.
Alternatively, make a cup of the yogurt, salmon and zest and serve it as a dip.
