Potato Chips & Caviar

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 4 ounces Salmon roe or other caviar
  • Potato chips (I prefer low sodium kettle chips)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and zest.
  • Top each potato chip with a small dollop of Greek Yogurt and a spoonful of caviar.
  • Alternatively, make a cup of the yogurt, salmon and zest and serve it as a dip.
