TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE PATTIES

These patties make a quick breakfast treat instead of going out! I put a poached egg on top.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings 8 patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sage, dried
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, ground
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle or cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice, ground

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425° F.
  • Mix all ingredients well; refrigerate overnight (optional) to blend flavors; form into 8 patties. Can be frozen.
  • Place patties on baking sheet and cook until completely done (165 degrees Fahrenheit).
