Yogurt Basil Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 0% or 2% can be used
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped or pressed
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves fresh, chopped, add more to taste
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together; adjust to taste (more salt, basil or lemon). Serve in bowl with vegetables to dip.
