Yogurt, Coriander and Mint Raita

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large bunch fresh coriander chopped
  • Approx. 20 mint leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped or pressed
  • 1-2 fresh green chillies - chopped use caution with the peppers
  • Juice of one lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Check for seasoning and eat immediately or save for up to three days in the fridge.

Notes

If the dip is too hot, add another 1/4 cup yogurt.
