Yogurt, Coriander and Mint Raita

Ingredients
¾
cup
Greek yogurt
1
large bunch fresh coriander
chopped
Approx. 20 mint leaves
2
cloves
garlic
chopped or pressed
1-2
fresh green chillies - chopped
use caution with the peppers
Juice of one lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Check for seasoning and eat immediately or save for up to three days in the fridge.
Notes
If the dip is too hot, add another 1/4 cup yogurt.
