I rarely buy almond milk when it’s so easy to make. I’ve also provided a recipe for chocolate almond milk
ALMOND MILK

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raw almonds or blanched almond without skins
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 quart filtered purified water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Bring water to boil and remove from stove. Put almonds in mixing bowl and add hot water. Soak the almonds for a few minutes until the skins come off easily. Then peel off the skins. (Or use blanched almond without skins.)
- Put almonds and remaining ingredients in a blender, and puree. Strain “milk” through sieve or use a mesh bag and squeeze out liquid. This makes a quart of milk.
