BREAKFAST GRANOLA BOWL

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons blueberries frozen or fresh
- ¼ apple chopped (I like something crunchy like Honey Crisp)
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt non-dairy yogurt or kefir
- ¼ cup almond milk or oat milk
- ¼ cup granola or rolled oats
- 1 Tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add Granola, wheat bran and flax seed.
Notes
This can also be made as refrigerator oats the night before. When I have to be someplace in the morning, I prepare it the night before in a mason jar and take it with me. Don’t forget a spoon to eat it!
