My version of a dipping sauce for Pakoras and Bhajis. This can be quite spicy depending on the type of pepper used.
Yogurt, Coriander and Mint Raita

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large bunch fresh coriander chopped
- Approx. 20 mint leaves
- 2 cloves garlic chopped or pressed
- 1-2 fresh green chillies - chopped use caution with the peppers
- Juice of one lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Check for seasoning and eat immediately or save for up to three days in the fridge.
Notes
If the dip is too hot, add another 1/4 cup yogurt.
