This is the recipe I use with the Roasted Vegetable Lasagna.
Deborah's Favorite Pesto

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, packed
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- l/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
