This appetizer is very simple to make. It looks pretty with the salmon roe sitting on the white yogurt, but I’ve actually had better results making it as a dip so the chips don’t get soggy. All you have to do is mix the ingredients (except the chips) together and put them in a bowl.
Potato Chips & Caviar

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 4 ounces Salmon roe or other caviar
- Potato chips (I prefer low sodium kettle chips)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and zest.
- Top each potato chip with a small dollop of Greek Yogurt and a spoonful of caviar.
- Alternatively, make a cup of the yogurt, salmon and zest and serve it as a dip.
