This is an easy to make delicious dip for vegetables.
Yogurt Basil Dip
Servings 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt 0% or 2% can be used
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped or pressed
- 2 tbsp basil leaves fresh, chopped, add more to taste
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together; adjust to taste (more salt, basil or lemon). Serve in bowl with vegetables to dip.
